How Does It Identify Products?As the operator, any time you're loading a new product (one you've never had before) you'll need to create that product in the operator's app. This entails taking photos, and providing some basic details like product name & price, and that's all the machine needs to recognize the product from there on out. While operating, the smart cooler AI vision to track what customers pull from the machine and charges them accordingly.

How Accurate Is It?We’re currently operating at around 99.5%+ accuracy and improving every day. On the rare occasion that the machine misidentifies a product or there’s an incorrect order, you’ll be notified through the operator’s app, where you can quickly make adjustments to the order directly within the app.

Can I Customize The Wrapping?Yes, the exterior of the machine is entirely customizable. If you'd like to add your own graphics, you can provide the digital files after placing your order through the links included in the order confirmation email.

What are the fees?Once you activate the payment processing on your machine to accept customer orders, the following fees will apply: - Monthly fee of $40/month (per machine) - Transaction fee of 5.85% (per transaction)

What If Someone Puts A Product Back?If a customer grabs a product and then puts it back in the cooler during their vending session, the AI software can smartly detect this action and charge the customer accordingly.

What payment methods does it take?Once you activate your machine with the operator's app, you'll be ready to instantly accept swipe, insert, or tap payments using cards or smartphones. Our payment processing partner supports Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept gift or prepaid cards.

How Do I Get Paid?You can view your earned balance in the operator's app, and ACH payments are processed every week, so you'll receive your earnings directly to your bank account on a regular basis.

What if I need help?Your purchase includes lifetime support! The operator's app gives you access to a dedicated support portal where you can get assistance with any question or issue, anytime!

What Is The Warranty?There is a 1 year parts warranty against defects for a period of 1 year from the purchase date.
